What happens during the 15 minute consult?
During the 15 minute consult you’ll be able to tell me a little about what you’re looking to get out of therapy and from me as your therapist. You’ll have the opportunity to ask me questions about the therapeutic process and receive clarification about financing. If you think we’re a good fit, then we will schedule the first session from there.

What happens during the first therapy session?
The first therapy session is a bunch of Q&A where I will be asking you questions about current signs and symptoms, medical history, social history, family history, and whatever may be relevant to your goals for therapy.

Will my information remain confidential?
Information you tell me will remain confidential. However, there are some limits to that confidentiality. If you give me any information about child or elder abuse or neglect, or about you wanting to hurt yourself or someone else, then I would have to break confidentiality. I can answer any questions you have about this though!

Do you offer in-person appointments?
Unfortunately I do not offer in-person appointments at this time. I do plan on continuing to grow and hopefully be able to have a physical location in the future!
